Every detail of the mould is designed in the Csplast technical office (extractors, punches, the material...). Flow analysis is a separate argument, carried out through dedicated softwares to complete the design of the mould. In addition, thanks to total computerized management of the workshop, the projects are sent to the CAM programming and to the numeric controls of milling, turning, drilling, die sinking and wire machining to model compound steels giving origin to the single component. A special department then deals with the assembly and testing to supply the client with a mould that is guaranteed for life.
