Injection moulding. Injection mould production ranges in very different fields: electronic, food, building, aeronautical, medical, mechanical...

The use of a vast range of very different injection presses (from 20 to 600 tons with up to 2000gr injection capacity) makes it possible for us to reduce costs increasing quality and competitiveness on the market. Our top technology installations enable us to carry out strict quality controls and fast changes of production configuration.

Raw material used

Thermoforming. The thermoforming plants and CNC satisfy the requests of small production (10-500 pieces) or of large size (1000 x 1500 mm). Wood moulds are used (for samples and prototypes) that are then replaced by aluminium moulds (which guarantee high precision and high production). We mould sheets of ABS and PST of any colour, with a maximum surface of 1500 x 1000 mm and thickness up to 8mm. In addition the CNC cut-centre guarantees a very high quality of our products.
