Our iconic marker cone is now injection-molded. We have improved its structural precision and achieved a more refined surface finish, capable of maintaining its characteristics unchanged even after intensive and prolonged use.
The new marker cone consists of two assembled components, the support base and the upper cone. This configuration increases the safety of the object in situations where the base is anchored to the ground with pegs; in the event of an impact with an aircraft, the upper cone easily detaches from the base, drastically reducing impact resistance.
Furthermore, the wide support base prevents grass regrowth in the immediate vicinity, making it easier to mow without having to move the cone, and maintaining its visibility even in tall grass. For asphalt runways, the special perimeter tray can be filled with gravel or sand.
The new marker cone comes already equipped with water drainage outlets and holes for optional ground fixing pegs (sold separately).
Material:
UV-stabilized polypropylene, which limits aging caused by UV rays and subsequent yellowing. Weather-resistant.

COLORED STICKERS FOR MARKER CONES
The colored stickers that create the stripes can be purchased separately and are available in red (other colors on request).
Application is simple: as with all vinyl decals, we recommend wetting the surface and the sticker with plenty of soap and water for a smooth finish and excellent adhesion.

FRANGIBLE PEGS FOR MARKER CONES
– Anchoring pegs featuring barbed teeth for superior ground grip.
– UV-resistant material.
– Dimensions: Head diameter 38 mm, length 125 mm.
WARNING: To use the pegs, 13 mm diameter holes must be drilled into the base of the marker cones. Upon request, we can pre-drill the cones for you; the cost of this service will be quoted during the ordering phase.
