PlastDesignStudio was born inside Csplast in 2012 and now it supports our customers during the injection mould engineering step, that is necessary for the production of plastic products.
Thanks to the very latest software and hardware equipment as well as up to date CAD tools, our technical team is able to design injection moulds for products of high technical and aesthetical quality.
We can offer prototypes (SLA, SLS, FDM, resin casting, etc) to test the product before the construction of the mould, in order to verify eventual design flaws, which can quickly be resolved in this phase.
After receiving the approval of the prototypes from the customers, our technical staff analyzes the project in order to evaluate the mould’s construction costs and the possible rooms for improvement and/or simplification.
All the moulds are designed down to the last detail in house, taking into consideration the design specifications defined during the engineering stage and therefore observing the required technical, aesthetic, dimensional and economic aspects.
